Request deletion or anonymisation of your Marble Keys account and associated data.

How to delete your account

You can delete your Marble Keys account from Android, iOS, or Web using the same steps.

  1. Login to your Marble Keys account. For Web, login here: https://marblekeys.com/app/login
  2. Go to Home.
  3. Open My Profile.
  4. Scroll to the end of the profile screen.
  5. Tap the Delete Account button.
  6. Type DELETE when asked to confirm.
  7. Tap Delete to confirm account deletion.

These instructions apply to the Marble Keys Android app, iOS app, and Web app.

Delete by email

You can also request account deletion by emailing gazelleinternet@gmail.com with the subject line DELETE ACCOUNT - Marble Keys.

Data deleted

  1. Your account login access will be permanently disabled.
  2. Your profile information and personal account data will be deleted or anonymised.
  3. Your saved preferences, reactions, contacts, and app activity will be deleted or anonymised.
  4. Your property listings, enquiries, messages, and uploaded content will be removed from active app use and deleted or anonymised where applicable.
  5. We may retain limited payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Processing time

Your login access is disabled after account ownership is verified. Account data is deleted or anonymised as part of the deletion process. Limited records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.
